[geeks] Cop cars

I have heard many a tale from local LEOs and some farther away that the
Crown Vic has issues, which is why many departments are replacing them for
other vehicles. The Caprice, however, is seldom replaced and more often
reconditioned (Yeah -- a used cop car in pursuit-ready condition -- a ten
year old car -- for $18k!)

I would have thought to buy a Crown Vic, but having owned / driven several
Ford cars, I'm *not* impressed.
