Oh, OK.  That is what's referred to as reproductive success.  A frog lays
hundreds of eggs and only a few reach maturity to reproduce.  An ape has
one (let's say) but it is taken care of so its chances of reaching
maturity is very good.  Each case is successful by different methods.
