Those converters won't work, you can't use SATA controllers with SAS
drives. SAS drives expect some signalling SATA controllers don't
provide, and those SATA <-> SCSI converters are no different.
BTW they call old-fashioned SCSI SPI (SCSI Parallel Interface)
