[geeks] Rack Diagrams

Hello all - I'd bet many of us find ourselves drawing out rackmount
equipment plans in our day jobs, or maybe even in our home labs.  I'm
interested in what tools people are using to plan rack layouts, both
"pretty" and "practical".  For practical I use Excel and a lot of cell
size tweaking.  It's quick once you get a template laid out and are
used to Excel's copy/cut/paste quirks.  For "pretty", there is Visio,
but I find it takes many times as long to produce a plan there vs
Excel.

Does anyone use more professional - or at least purpose-built - tools
for rack planning?  Something that would generate a report (RUs,
network ports, power consumption, etc) would be a dream.
