If it makes any difference, I can verify that the T??p models from that era
are far superior to the T?? models.  The "p" were developer machines.  I
had a T42p for a while.

The only part that might give a little trouble is the nippled rubber
membrane.  But even that's not a big deal, and you can cut parts out of it
too.

However, I think if you could get one of these keyboards for $15 or $20,
you should just do that to save the trouble.
