First-person shooter games are great for releiving stress. Other
things that help:
Cats.
Big St. Bernard dogs (I have both of the above)
"stuff to do other than computers":
 - ham radio
 - TV (I bought a TiVo, so I can watch what i want, when I want)
 - my significant other
The most relaxed I'd ever been was when I went on a vacation to
Disney World a week before I turned in notice at my last job.
I hated the job at the time, and was planning on giving notice
when I got back from the trip.
Amy had scheduled a half-hour massage and spa / hottub / steamroom
session for me at the DisneyWorld resort, and after having that
done, I walked out, and stood on a white-sand beach watching people
drive little jetboats around. I think at that moment, I was the
most relaxed and content that I'd ever been. I didnt care about
work, I didnt care about computers, etc. I just sat and enjoyed
life for a couple of days.
