Why bother with packages?  Its easy:

apache:
./configure --enable-module=so
gmake
gmake install

php:
./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs=<apache-prefix>/bin/apxs
gmake
gmake install

mysql:
./configure
gmake
gmake install
