OK, I never thought I'd have to deal with this question....
One of my colleagues asked me if I could put together a disk array of about
1/2 terrabyte on the cheap.
I started thinking about it.....
We have a SSA that is "lightly utilized", ie collecting dust. These hummers
take 30 SCA low profile disks, and 30 x 18 gig drives takes me over the hump.
So, my question, what is the largest disk that is KNOWN to work in a sparc
storage array?
