[rescue] quad ethernet

Adaptec's Starfire works fairly well, there are several quad tulip cards,
intel's dualport eepros work nicely, and IIRC a few are offered in
dual-dual (two chips with two ports each) on one PCI card.  Zynx cards
work pretty well, but I've heard of auto-neg problems with them.
