[rescue] Xyplex Maxserver 5000 software

_Do not_ take this as gospel, or _do_ take this as a challenge. I was
talking to a guy with a terminal server info website (really) just this
week and he was lamenting that of all the Xyplex terminal servers in the
world, that none of them ever sell with the SW floppy or flash they need to
work and it seems impossible to find.
