Woah! Obviously the patents PanIP hold are invalid and won't stand up in
court - hell how can they even hold a patent on something that was in
widespread use before the patent?!?!? That's like me going out and
patenting _pants_!!
Obviously these people know it won't stand up in court - they tried this
crap before and got beat down pretty badly. The mistake they made was going
after Delta Airlines - so they learned from it and started going after
mom-n-pop websites without the resources to challenge them in court. Well,
I for one hope they find they're day in court - because they *will* lose.
Even better, I'd like to see those that settled in individual suits start a
class-action at the same time.
Filthy, dirty, slimy, thieves with lawyers. The worst kind of scum out
there...
