I don't know their patents seems a bit...dumb to me.  Besides, a lot of 
their patents specifically include the use of "telephone lines".  If 
the victim's server is collocated, wouldn't it be the end user that is 
violating the patent?

I'd love to be impartial about this, but seeing that I'm getting my 
start as an entrepreneur, and that my father is the owner of a small 
business, this is the part that really steams me over.  These bastards 
are as low as the sort of scum that would burglarize the 
subsidized-housing district.

Whatever happened to the days when judges tossed out frivolous lawsuits?

With a name like "Pangea Intellectual Property" how could anyone expect 
that they have some positive value to add to society?  Their entire 
purpose in life is to patent stupid shit and sue anyone who might have 
come up with the idea previously.  The fact that a business like this 
can exist is proof positive that there is Something Wrong with the way 
this country deals in patents and copyrights.
