Two per module.  You get four CPUs total with two modules, the limit of
the SS10/20/600.

They were really just a stopgap solution because TI had trouble getting
Viking to run at a reasonable speed.  Same as the SM20/SM30 that used an
underclocked Mbus in the SS10.
