[rescue] Sparc 20 Diag question

I have not found any further SS20 mainboards.
I have found at least some of my SS10/20 memory and cpu modules. I
need to go through what I have.
Sorry I've been slow on this, work was busy leading into the
holidays.... and then.... the holidays :-)
Need to get through this stuff before work ramps back up again.
