I don't suppose you'd happen to know its PCI vendor and device IDs?
I'm hesitant to spring for one without at least some reason to think
it'll be supported by the OS. (Currently NetBSD 4.0.1, would be easy
to jump to NetBSD 5.2, but nothing later. But I can look it up easily
enough given the PCI IDs.)
