[rescue] Ultra 5/10 and 440 mhz CPU

as I now have a few Ultra 5/10's, and a friend of mine has a few  440 MHz
CPU's and all the motherboards in the U5/10 I have are  375-0009

which according to the Sun Handbook only supports the 300/333 CPU. any
clues if the 440 gonna work on this motherboard and run at 440? don't want
to buy them from him if they won't work.
