[rescue] Ultra 5/10 and 440 mhz CPU

Hi Thomas

They work just fine, you will need to update the OBP, ideally to 3.31. The
0009 boards have a different graphics chip to the rest, ie not as good, but
addin PGX card solves that and the board memory runs at 60ns rather than 50ns
as in the later boards. Apart from that not a problem from the many systems I
have configured over the years.
