Same here, with 48T02s and 48T08s, as recently as last week.

Those are current products, but the Tindie store page indicates that
they're open-source hardware. As we at LSSM need a lot of them, and I
already have the components in my company's stock, I'd rather just get
PCBs cut.
To be clear, we just buy new 48T02 and 48T08 chips from Mouser, but
the 48T59s are no longer available, so I'm interested in a CAPHAT
replacement for those.
