I wrote an fcode disassembler for exactly that purpose: understanding
the fcode in sbus cards.  You're welcome to a copy if you want.  My
principal distribution mechanism is a world-clonable git repo; if
that's unsuitable for any reason I can also mail out copies.
(git://git.rodents-montreal.org/fcunc is the thing to pass to git
clone.)

It may or may not actually be better than what you have - I haven't
tried the Solaris code myself because it's closed-source (or at least
that's my impression; I would lvoe to be wrong about it).  But perhaps
it's worth trying.
