Hi Michael
So as far as I know there isnbt any particular voodoo.
That said I would open up (if not already done so) and double check that all
the internal power cabling is connected.
Make sure that the side case is properly put back on and fastened as these
units have a case open interlock.
Further some power supplies wonbt fire up without a load such as a hard
driveb&.

If you can get it working looks like you can get up to 8G of memory in it
along with another CPU
