[rescue] 2nd CPU Sun Blade 2500 Silver

Ok, I bought a CPU and Fan. Open the socket, drop in the CPU - dot
pointing at the triangle - wiggle till it's in place. close socket,
nothing moves. Put the fan on and plug it into the motherboard. I have
8 1gb sticks on hand (my 2gb haven't arrived) but 8 gb should be fine.
Close the box up.

Fire it up and it sees only 4 gb. Nothing tells me if CPU 1 is there either.

Any ideas what I may be missing?
