[rescue] Sun 3/50 scsi boot string

I just finished installing SunOS 4.1.1 on my Sun 3/50 and the disk is set
at ID 3 which in traditional Sun3 maps to sd6. My other Sun3's boot with >b
sd(0,18,0) but the 3/50 wont accept that. I looked in the Sun FE handbook
on bitsavers but couldn't find anything there unique to the 3/50. I'm
pretty sure my SCSI chain is ok or the installation wouldn't have worked.
Any clues?
