Those are indeed the SSA1x0 series arrays (can't tell by looking whether SSA-100 range or the somewhat faster SSA-110 range). Both are FC-25 interfaced.

Drivers available for Solaris 2.3 through S8, IIRC.

Maximum usable drive capacity is 16GB - can use 18GB drives, but only the first 16GB of each will show up, due to controller firmware limitation.
