If it is the same chip and with the same pins brought out, if it is not 
100% drop in, then it should be very little adjustment. I'm not sure 
that the Teensy 2.0 uses the same boot loader that would come on the 
Arduino Pro Mini, but that shouldn't be hard to reflash.
