[rescue] Ultra 2 troubleshooting

Turns out it was a problem with one of the processor cards, just like 
Ethan had suggested. I wasn't expecting that as all my other processor 
issues have either resulted in no output at all, failure notices in the 
POST, or the problematic processor being disabled and the process moving 
ahead.

Next step is reinstalling Solaris, which somehow managed to get hosed. 
Might push that off to get some ongoing SGI projects done first though.
