Perhaps I missed it but I did not see any mention of where in the world you are.
I am seeing quite a lot of people restoring old 680x0 Macs in recent
years, and some old UNIX workstation and things, but when companies
scrap such kit they often remove and destroy the drives. So I'd think
narrow SCSI drives were desirable.
