The SS10 module configuration chart at the above URL shows the minimum
PROM version for the various CPU modules.  From that, it is pretty clear
that 2.25 is "two point twenty-five" and appears to be latest.

There are versions like 2.19.3 and 2.22.1 listed, which make it pretty
clear how the numbering scheme works.

FWIW, 2.7 is the lowest/oldest version listed in the chart.
