The Ultra 2 is a very nice machine, and as others have said they are reliable and robust. Just watch the case plastic as it can get brittle and crack.

The problems you are getting are common. Good thing is the PSU and CPU seem OK.

I would check the Ultra 2 docs, and make sure memory is in the correct slots. its not always obvious.

Carefully re-seat them and make sure the memory module edge connectors look clean.

Rotate the memory modules until you get something that works. Start with a minimum config.
