Probably not commercially...

<https://github.com/rdolbeau/SBusFPGA> would be a starting point.

Currently no "useful" video output (only VGA with 2-bits per pixels to
test stuff), as it was my original project and never expected it would
work so well (USB, I2C, bootable micro-sd, ...). There's a framebuffer
that can support 1920x1080 as either emulating a mg2, cg3 or cg6 (with
just enough acceleration for NetBSD, about 5-10% what the GX
architecture supports), or using my own custom 'goblin' framebuffer with
EXA and Xrender acceleration in NetBSD/sparc (9.0 is the version I use).

The follow-up for 68K-based Macintoshes (NuBusFPGA, IIsiFPGA) have
proper HDMI output, including optional audio support in System 7 / MacOS
8.x and some QuickDraw acceleration
(<https://github.com/rdolbeau/NuBusFPGA>,
<https://github.com/rdolbeau/IIsiFPGA>).

I've been planning a SBusFPGA V2.0 with proper hdmi and a better (and
even more expensive!) FPGA board, but that has been delayed by
availability and cost...

Cordially,
