[rescue] Ultra 1 boot from install CD fails

The CD that im using were burned at home. Same for the NetBSD CD that
works fine. The Iso files im using on Zulu have been used many times on my
other Sun Workstations (all 32bit). Just to check I redownloaded another
iso. Same thing. It’s 100% repeatable and always at exactly the same
point be it 2.7 or 7. Very strange.
