[rescue] Ultra 1 boot from install CD fails

Hello,

Back in the chain of replies, i think someone asked if you'd "booted the
machine with the diag-switch" but i didn't see a reply.

That's explained a bit on page number 37 "Controlling Power-on Self-test"
of this:

"boot -v" might also reveal some more details around where it's hanging?
