Disclaimer -- I haven't tried any of this personally.

Microsoft's been scrubbing this information, and it may stop working,
but it was possible to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, which
many people have reported doing.  The Elite 8300 appears to have TPM
1.2, so it's possible to install with slightly-tweaked installation

It may also be possible to use a long term support release or IoT
version of Windows 10 -- there are various communities and forum posts
dedicated to the idea.  I personally used Win7 Embedded to run my
television for a long time, by buying a device that came with a key.
