[rescue] off-topic but advice needed for the involuntary hardware upgrade for Win 11?

My comments related to future updates, not current status. Earlier this month MS reaffirmed that they will not be loosening/expanding CPU requirements and that their position remains unchanged regarding older processors & Win 11.

Again, I used Win 11 *support* as a defining feature for buying hardware to run windows on, as OP requested.

I can run doom on a pregnancy test stick, but that doesn't mean if I want to play doom I should go out and buy a pregnancy test kit...

(OK, not really running on stock pregnancy test, but I wanted to share the link...)
