[rescue] off-topic but advice needed for the involuntary hardware upgrade for Win 11?

I've been looking at these and they seem to read "we're not going to go out of our way to make it work, but it might, but we aren't going to guarantee it so don't yell at us if it doesn't work and definitely don't write your congresspeople about how awful we are and get us in a big investigation because we told you that it isn't guaranteed to work in words calculated to show you the worst possible scenario"
FWIW I have two 4th-gen Intel Core boxes running Windows 11 and it seems to work OK and does update. Drivers required a bit of jiggling. My Mac Pro 2010 also is happily running MacOS 15.2. YMMV.
