I also do not have the 3w3 cable, haven’t been able to find one, but they
do still seem the bulkheads. Albeit for ~20 for one connector. I can’t
bring myself to buy one just yet.
I have DEC 3000 Alpha that I have yet to get around to mainly because of
the aforementioned missing video cable.
If it’s not PS2, I’d wager the keyboard should be a standard DEC LK201
compatible from the terminals
I made an MMJ to DE-9 in a pinch by cutting the clip off of an RJ11 head
and crimping that on. The TX- and RX- go to ground pin 5 on the DE-9 side.
