[rescue] SRW2008 factory reset?

My Google-fu turned up a note about the web interface only working with IE, maybe that's an issue?

Many Netgear devices have pinholes that expose switches inside the unit you depress with a paper clip on power up to reset, does this unit have an unlabeled hole on the case?

Have you opened the unit up to look for a jumper on the circuit board to possibly reset/wipe a configuration?

Appendix B describes how to access a startup menu that includes a password reset function on page 58 of the 77 page PDF. This is different than the console menu described on page 9 of the above PDF.
