[rescue] More SunOS 4.1.4 & QEMU follies

After discovering a workaround to a bug in the installer for the 4.1.4
miniroot, I have a working installation with 2 2.1 gb disk images set up.

My next goal is to try to get a couple of tar files with patches and
precompiled apps (gcc, netscape & etc) and emacs 19 sources. I decided that
a simple (hah!) method would be to make a cdrom imaged an mount that. Not
being sure if any extensions were supported I just made it plain jane
HSFS/ISO 9660.

The disk is then added to the start up of the emulator with this: -device
scsi-cd,channel=0,scsi-id=6,id=cdrom,drive=cdrom,physical_block_size=512
-drive if=none,file=for414.iso,media=cdrom,id=cdrom

and once logged in as root, I used this to try to mount it:

mount -t hsfs -o ro /dev/sr0 /cdrom

It fails to mount rather spectacularly complaining about IO errors before
erroring out. At least it doesn't cause a panic ;)

Anyone with any thoughts? I've been trolling the web but haven't had any
luck thus far.

Thanks!

William
