Bob,
I shipped a bunch of Ultra 2 computers 'back in the day', it wasn't *that* expensive, but I had custom foam inserts that fit them into 2' x 2' x 2' cube boxes.
They actually ship quite well, but I 100% understand not wanting take on that project without custom foam inserts.
They are great boxes, and this system would make a great starting point for someone looking for some old kit - they are reasonably quiet, reasonably small, and fast enough to not have you spend too much time waiting for things to finish.
