[rescue] torque of CPU to CPU/RAM board of E4500

Ultra 80s? They did not use torque wrenches AFAIK? (Plug in CPUs)

I think you may mean Blade 1000/2000 which had them in the chassis.

The 3X00 and 4X00 did not have any provision in the chassis.
