[rescue] Fwd: Sun 13w3 to VGA to HDMI

I use a Kramer VP-719XL with my SS20 to connect it to a modern LCD display
with a VGA-HDMI converter. It works superbly and I would highly recommend
it. I got mine from eBay for about B#30.
