[rescue] differences between Ultrasparc IIIi CPU's

Hi there!
Mixed CPU speeds should work, but would only operate both at the
slowest clock speed. That's the general SUNW rule of thumb.
RAM I don't know about. I don't remember if there was an independent
MMU but thinking that it is a IIIi CPU, that little "i" means
integrated, with integral stuff like IDE controllers and MMUs (same
CPUs soldered into the boards of the Sun Blade 100/150, etc.) I guess
if the different sizes are done by bank it would be OK, but it would
be worth checking the FEH. I forgot if these took standard things like
PC3200 RAM or some oddball sun stuff.
